What about faucets?
You can select a pretend faucet (non-functional) or upgrade to a working faucet with hose hook-up for real water play.

Are there add-ons?
Yes! One of our favorites is the Planter Box Add-On — perfect for growing herbs or flowers right alongside the kitchen.

What does the 1-Year Repair Warranty cover?
Our warranty covers any craftsmanship or structural issues that may come up during the first year — including loose joints, hardware, or wood defects that affect use. We’ll repair your mud kitchen so it’s safe and ready for play.

What’s not covered?
Normal wear and tear from outdoor play, scratches, fading from sun exposure, or damage caused by misuse (for example, leaving it submerged in standing water) are not included. We’ll always share care tips in your Quick-Start & Care PDF to help your kitchen last as long as possible.

How do I request a repair?

Is there a cost?
Repairs for covered issues are free during the first year. If something outside of warranty happens, we’ll still do our best to offer affordable repair options.

How do you deliver?
We personally deliver each mud kitchen, fully assembled, right to your home. No flat-pack, no confusing instructions — just set up and play.

Where do you deliver?
At this time, we’re only delivering locally to our community and nearby towns. This keeps quality high and ensures safe transport.

What if I live outside the area?
We’d love to expand in the future! For now, please contact us before ordering if you’re not sure whether your location is included.

Can the mud kitchen stay outdoors?
Yes! Each kitchen is sealed for outdoor use. We recommend placing it in a shaded or covered spot to help it last longer.

How do I clean it?
Wipe down with a damp cloth after play. For painted finishes, use mild soap and water. Let surfaces air dry fully after wet play.

Any maintenance tips?
Check screws and joins monthly. If you notice wear on exposed wood edges, lightly sand and reseal. Our Quick-Start & Care PDF includes step-by-step tips.

What can kids do with a mud kitchen?
